Consider yourself just a ferry ride away from island time! Beach 6 is less than a minute away by golf cart or a short 5 minute walk, while the playground and tennis courts are just around the corner.
Master bedroom (1st floor): 1 king size bed and desk
Bunk bedroom (2nd floor): 4 beds (2 fulls, 2 twins)
Guest room (2nd floor): 1 king size bed
We offer Sunday to Sunday rentals July through August, and 3-night minimum stays in June and September.
Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM.
We don't currently accommodate pets.

We do not supply bath or beach towels. As a courtesy we offer starter paper towels and toilet paper, soap, and detergent - but ultimately, we are not responsible for what is available when you arrive. Restocking happens sporadically throughout the season and we do try to accommodate as much as possible for you during your stay. A vacuum, broom, mop, and cleaning products are provided for your use as needed.
Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy:
50% is owed at the time of your booking (including refundable security deposit), along with a signed contract and agreement of terms.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival.
Guest may cancel up until 60 days before arrival and receive a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival result in a forfeiture of the total amount paid, minus your security deposit.

The Recreation Center is also just around the corner with access to the playground and tennis courts. The island has countless other amenities to offer:

Ferry Schedule & Passes:
The island is accessible by ferry only. We do not provide a ferry ticket. For a normal passenger vehicle, the roundtrip fee is $35 - cash or check accepted. You can pay as you arrive at the ferry. Please refer to the ferry schedule for arrival and departure times.
